Time Expressions with the Present Perfect Tense.

already = ήδη.

just = μόλις

for a long time = για πολύ καιρό.

for ages = για πολύ καιρό.

once = μια φορά.

twice = δυο φορές

so far = μέχρι τώρα

until now = μέχρι τώρα

yet = ακόμα

Examples

1.   Have you ever been to Canada?

2.   They have just left the office.

3.   He hasn't opened his presents yet.

4.   I haven't met her so far.

5.   Mary has seen this film twice. She says it is very exciting.

6.   I have never eaten lobster in my life. ( lobster = αστακός ) 

7.   I have already done my homework.
