Study:
1. The teacher said to me, “Write your name on the board”.
2. The teacher told me to write my name on the board.
3. say goodbye / good morning etc.
- She said “Good morning” and sat down quietly.
4. say something / nothing.
- He left the room without saying anything.
- She said something and went into the bedroom.
5. What did you say?
6. say my prayers / λέω την προσευχή μου
- I said my prayers and dived into the cold water.
7. tell a story.
- My grandmother always tells us interesting stories.
8. tell a joke / Λέω ένα αστείο.
-He told a joke and everybody laughed.
9. tell lies / λέω ψέματα.
- We must never tell lies to our parents.
10. tell the time / λέω την ώρα.

-She is too young to tell the time.
